Local jewellery designer Sarah Ricketts creates colourful polymer clay jewellery from her studio in Wimborne, Dorset. Her current work uses mini silk screens to create the surface pattern which she then hand paints the final details to her designs.

Sarah will be running a full day workshop where she will show you how to screen print a pattern onto polymer clay using mini silk screens and acrylic paint. You will cut out the clay shapes using mini clay cutters and then bake your creations ready to sand and finish into earrings or pendants. You can also add your final choice of brass charms, earring hooks, hoops or studs, (clip-on earrings can also be supplied, please notify when booking if required).

All materials will be provided including a choice of silk screen patterns, clay, acrylic paint, clay cutters, paint brushes, cotton cord and earring components, plus ideas sheets to follow for inspiration.

No experience needed, pop on an apron or some old clothing in case of paint splatters.

Our tearoom is serving drinks, refreshments and light lunches from 10am.
