Description
Using teeth to reconstruct the past
Thursday 3rd February at 7pm – 8.30pm
Zoom Lecture
As your teeth develop in childhood, they keep a record of where you have been and what you have eaten. Join Prof. Alistair Pike from the University of Southampton as he discusses how human movement can be detected in teeth, and how this is helping us understand the arrival of past diseases into Britain and even Neanderthal hunting strategies.
