Other service details: “T./2nd Lt. Reginald Thomas Pogue, Tank Corps. For conspicuous gallantry with his Tank in clearing the way, and thus enabling the infantry to advance practically without loss. He inflicted severe casualties on enemy machine gunners,and was largely responsible for the capture of prisoners. In action, four times within the week, he seta splendid example, and always kept his Tank tuned up for emergency.”
