By car

Wimborne Minster is located just off the A31. When travelling from the west, take the B3078; from the east, take the B3073 towards the town centre. From Poole and Bournemouth, you will enter the town from the south on the A341.

By rail

The nearest railway station is in Poole, which has a regular direct service from London Waterloo. From here you can continue your journey via bus or taxi.

Wimborne Minster. Alight at Wimborne Square, from where the museum is 1 minute’s walk. There are several drop off points for coaches a few minutes’ walk from the museum on West Borough and King Street. Coach parking is available in the public car park off Allenview Road.
